أوضح موقع يوتيوب قواعده المتعلقة بخطاب الكراهية حتى يتسنى لمعدي لقطات الفيديو معرفة المحتوى الذي يعتبره يوتيوب ملائما لوضع إعلانات بجانبه.
وقال موقع يوتيوب في مدونة خاصة به إنه لن يسمح بظهور إعلانات إلى جانب محتوى ينشر الكراهية أو يشجع على التمييز.
وأضاف الموقع أنه بصدد إجراء تغييرات للتعامل مع قلق المعلنين بخصوص المحتوى الذي تظهر إلى جانبه إعلاناتهم.
وقال بعض المدونين إن القوانين صارمة جدا وسوف تؤثر على دخولهم.
وكان بعض المدونين المشهورين قد اشتكوا في شهر أغسطس/آب الماضي من أن مدوناتهم المصورة اعتبرت “غير مشجعة على الإعلانات”، مما حرمهم من الحصول على دخل مقابلها.
ويوضح إعلان يوتيوب الأخير نمط المحتوى الذي لن يتمكن من إحراز دخل مادي على يوتيوب.
ويصف المحتوى الذي يحض على الكراهية بأنه المحتوى الذي يحض على التمييز أو الإذلال أو ازدراء الأشخاص بناء على عرقهم أو قوميتهم أو جنسيتهم أو دينهم أو إعاقتهم أو سنهم أو توجههم الجنسي أو جنسهم .
وسيمتنع الموقع عن وضع إعلانات إلى جانب محتوى يستخدم لغة مهينة لأشخاص أو مجموعات.
وأضاف يوتيوب أن تصنيف محتوى على أنه “غير ملائم للإعلانات” لا يعني إزالته عن المواقع طالما لا ينتهك القوانين الخاصة بالنشر.
وتعرضت القواعد الجديدة للانتقادات بسبب “عدم دقة ” الأدوات المستخدمة في تحديد المواد التي تحض على الكراهية لأنها مبنية على التقاط كلمات معينة معزولة عن سياقها.
وأشار البعض إلى أن الشبكات الإخبارية تستضيف أحيانا حوارات لا تتلاءم مع القواعد الجديدة، وإلى أن بعض العروض الموسيقية تتضمن لقطات جنسية، لكنها مع ذلك تحظى بإعلانات انتهى.
