(الرجل المناسب في المكان المناسب )مقولة او حكمة تاريخية متداولة منذر عصور واضحة المعنى ودالتها معروفة لدى الجميع ولا تحتاج الى تفسير ولا تقبل التأويل ولكن لو تأملنا قليلا وامعنا النظر في شطر العبارة الاول (الرجل المناسب) و ما المقصود بالرجل المناسب ولماذ اقترن الرجل بالمكان المناسب والاجابة قد تكون من وجهة نظرنا المتواضعة ان للرجولة معاني ودلالات وعندما يوصف شخص بالرجولة فانه بالتأكيد يحمل تلك الصفات والتي هي مفتاح للولوج للأماكن التي تحتاج الى قيم وصفات الرجولة وكلنا يعلم تلك المعاني والصفات والمتمثلة بالشجاعة وقوة الإرادة والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار والتعامل بحزم والتأثير وعدم التأثر ..شخصية قوية الإرادة تمتلك اخلاق الفرسان في الترفع عن صغائر الأمور يصنع النجاح يبدع في المكان الذي يشغله مبتكر يستطيع ان يوظف الامكانات المتوفرة بالشكل الصحيح يعمل بروح الفريق يُشرك ويشارك الجميع في الراي والمشورة وبذلك يكون اهلا وكفؤ للمكان الذي يشغله اويديره وهنا رسالتنا للسيد رئيس الوزراء وهو يكمل كابينته الوزارية التي وعد بها الشعب العراقي على ان تكون ((مهنية وان يختار المناسب في المكان المناسب ))

ومن أولوياتنا كصحفيين وإعلاميين ومثقفين نتمنى ونطالب السيدرئيس الوزراء بالرجل المناسب في وسطنا ومساحة اشتغالنا وعملنا ان يكون من ذوي الخبرة والكفائة والتجربة والاختصاص ومن الذين لديهم منجز على الارض ليدير دفة الثقافة والصحافة والابداع في ظرف احوج ما نكون لشخصية وطنية ابداعية فكرية تمتلك مقومات النجاح لديها منجزها على الارض وتمتلك من الكارزما وقوة التأثير محليا وعربيا ودوليا …شخصية معطاء حققت الكثير ولديها القدرة على تحقيق الأكثر وهنا لابد ان نختار وعندما نختار لابد ان نرشح .

والاسرة الصحفية والثقافية اليوم اشرت ورشحت نقب الصحفيين العراقيين ورئيس الاتحاد العام للصحفيين العرب هذا الاتحاد الذي يضم كل الاتحادات والنقابات والجمعيات الصحفية العربية ويقود الاعلام في تلك البلدان وعضو المكتب التنفيذيي المشرف على قارة اسيا في الاتحاد الدولي للصحفيين الذي مقره بروكسل الذي يضم 150 دولة منضوية تحت هذا الاتحاد.

هذا البعد الوطني والعربي والدولي وهذه القدرة على التأثير في تلك الأوساط المهمة لايصال صوت العراق الى المحافل العربية والدولية.. ومن الانصاف لابد من الإشارة الى ان الرجل لم يدخر شي في ان يقوم بالمهام التي ذكرناها وهو في مواقعه الحالية فكيف اذا ماأسندت له مهمة حقيبة وزارة الثقافة ..فقد عرفناه عراقيا وطنيا مدافعا في كل المحافل عربيا ودوليا عن العراق وقضاياه متخطيا دوره الاعلامي الى مديات ابعد حبا وايمانا بقضية بلده وضرورة ان يرتقي العراق ويتبوأ موقع متقدمة على الصعيد العربي والدولي ولا ننسى المنجز الذي حققه على الصعيد الوطني كونه نقيبا للصحفيين العراقين والمتمثل بالقوانين والتشريعات التي ضمنت بيئة امنة للعمل الصحفي وفرت ضمانات على الصعيد المهني والاقتصادي للصحفيين وعوائل من استشهد منهم من اجل إيصال الحقيقة في عراقنا الجديد ودوره الداعم والمساند في كل الانشطة والبرامج الثقافية والأدبية والفكرية ومن هنا لابد من ان ندعو مخلصين السيد رئيس الوزراء ان يضع نصب عينة وهو يختار من يقود الثقافة والابداع في عراقنا الجديد مطالبة ومناشدة الاسرة الصحفية والإعلامية والنخب الثقافية والأدبية والإبداعية بان يتسنم وزارة الثقافية رجلها المناسب ليرتقي بها من اجل الإبداع والمبدعين ولايفوتنا هنا ان السيدعادل هوصحفي وأديب ومفكر ويمتلك مؤسسة صحفية ودار نشر ومركزللدراسات والابحاث كل هذا يجعله ليس قريبا من المشهد فحسب بل في قلب الحدث .

وتاسيسا على ذالك تقع عليه مسؤلية مضاعفة في ان يختار المناسب وكي تقول الاسرة الصحفية والإعلامية والثقافية والأدبية ….. قال الرجل وصدق… الرجل المناسب في المكان المناسب انتهى
