عثر عامل في مطار انشتون الدولي في سيول على سبائك ذهب بقيمة 235 مليون دولار
وقالت الشرطة إنها قد تسمح لأحد العمال بالاحتفاظ بسبائك ذهبية بعدما عثر عليها في صندوق للقمامة في مطار بكوريا الجنوبية.
وكان العامل قد عثر على السبائك الذهبية السبعة في 26 نيسان في سلة المهملات في مطار إنتشون الدولي بمدينة سيول.
وتعتقد الشرطة أن السبائك الذهبية التي كانت ملفوفة بالصحف تعود لرجل كوري كان يحاول تهريبها إلى خارج البلاد ولم يتقدم للمطالبة بها خشية ملاحقته قانونياً.
وقد كشفت التحقيقات أن رجلين كانا ينقلان السبائك من هونغ كونغ إلى اليابان عبر المطار الكوري وأنهما تخليا عن الذهب خشية اكتشافه من قبل موظفي الجمارك في المطار.
وذكرت مصادر للشرطة أن مالك السبائك الذهبية يجب أن يتقدم للمطالبة بها وإلا فإنها ستصبح ملكاً للعامل الذي عثر عليها بموجب القانون المعمول به في البلاد.
وينص القانون الكوري الجنوبي على منح كامل الموجودات للشخص الذي عثر عليها إن لم يطالب بها أي أحد، بينما يحصل على ما يقرب 20 بالمئة من قيمة ما عثر عليه إن تقدم المالك للمطالبة به .
